This was a visit for a consultation about double jaw surgery. I was very nervous because it was the first hospital I visited after deciding to have surgery. I gave the hospital facilities a low score because parking was inconvenient. The doctor had very strong pride in his own method for double jaw surgery. He also showed me many of his own papers. The coordinator listened to me in a very motherly, caring way. I think double jaw surgery is a dangerous operation, but perhaps because the doctor was so confident, he strongly recommended it, saying I would be better off having it. He said he has his own method for double jaw surgery, different from the usual hospital approach. (For example, that it does not require intermaxillary correction.) However, I felt uneasy about not using the methods that other hospitals all use, so I do not think I will choose this hospital.
