I had high expectations, but after the consultation it was a place that did not really draw me in. The director's confidence is good, but somehow when it came to the parts I was worried about, it felt like, "we can just shave it off"... In my case, there were tiny areas where bone needed to be shaved down and some asymmetry, so I had concerns, but I got the feeling they would just shave everything off. What lowered my trust even more was the female consultant... This was a consultation from several years ago, so I do not know if she is still there, but she was really bad. She talked in an exaggerated way to get me to book surgery, and when things did not go her way, she suddenly went stone-faced.. I have been to many consultations, but this was the first woman consultant like that.
