The doctor recommended jaw surgery plus cortical bone surgery. They explained only what I asked about, and when the consultation got longer, they stopped it by saying they would handle it well, so don't worry. It was almost 6 years ago that I visited, so the hospital wasn't very large, and there wasn't a separate consultation coordinator. It may have changed a lot by now..
