The doctor is completely different before and after surgery, ugh. Before surgery he was kind, but after surgery he changed completely. He would not even meet with me. The manager and staff basically handled everything. He gives no explanation about anything related to the surgery and only tells you what is bad after the operation. And if I asked because I had a runny nose for about a week after surgery and was worried about sinusitis, he got annoyed right away with no explanation. During the consultation he kept recommending jaw surgery. He also likes trashing other hospitals. He treats patients based on his mood. So even the staff seem kind. If you say something is bad, he just will not listen. So even if I am in a lot of pain, I cannot even ask questions. Everything has to go through the manager. He asked me to post a surgery review online for promotion while pretending not to be promotional. And the operating room was also terrible.
