The hospital facilities were clean, and all the counselors were kind. I also liked that they only do two surgeries a day and that they show CCTV footage. The director is blunt, but not rude, and answers everything without seeming annoyed when asked. Overall, they seemed to favor stable procedures rather than overly aggressive ones.
