I think I visited about six hospitals for my first nose surgery, and among the places I went to, this was the one that gave the most detailed and longest consultation. (Consultation with the director) He wasn't especially friendly, but I thought friendliness wasn't that important anyway. What mattered was whether they provided enough information and answered my questions well, and on that point I think he was very sincere. I timed it, and the consultation lasted about 40 minutes, just with the director.... He really seems safety-oriented, and rather than forcing the nose to be higher and prettier, he seems to make it only as high as safely allowed within the space permitted by your own flesh and bone. So as you can see in the reviews on the website too, it didn't really improve in a dramatic way. But because of that, I do trust that it will be safe. The post-op A/S period was 3 years, the longest among the hospitals I visited. I think that point is really important too, so I'm still deliberating over my final hospital list
