The director was very kind, and I asked a lot of questions and liked that she answered them in detail. But it wasn't the surgery method I wanted to go with (it wasn't that she couldn't do it!! It was just a different direction), and as I talked through the consultation, the consultation manager started speaking in a slightly irritated tone... I guess that can happen when you're working, but since I hadn't experienced that anywhere else, I didn't really want to keep seeing them here.. Still, the front desk staff were extremely kind and the facility was clean too.
