I went for a consultation! The clinic was quiet, and I had heard that the doctor would use ear cartilage, but they said they could also use the septum if I wanted. They said that even with only ear cartilage, they would layer it twice so it would not sag. If they do not use the septum, there would be no functional problem, so that seems good, but at the same time I wonder whether it is really possible to maintain the nasal tip with ear cartilage alone... I am torn.
