My friend recently had nose surgery there, so I went after getting a recommendation. I couldn't say the director was especially kind, but not to the point of being rude. If I asked questions, he answered well and clearly told me what needed to be improved and how he would do it. There was always some program featuring the director playing in the hospital lobby, and the manager had a very warm personality, like an older cousin or an aunt. There was no pressure to put down a deposit, and when they called to confirm, they didn't try to stop me even when I said I had made a reservation somewhere else. The director has a very long history with nose surgery. I already reserved another place, but this is still one I'm considering.
