They lowered my mask once to show me, then told me to put it back on. And the consultation was done while wearing the mask. They did identify the characteristics of my nose, but because I kept consulting with the mask on, I did not feel satisfied with the solution for my nose. When I asked questions, they kept saying they had already explained it before and asking whether I understood, which made me feel a bit bad;; I did not feel like asking more questions But the explanation was professional, so I trusted them, and the staff were really kind. The price was a bit higher than other places, but it was professional and they had a lot of experience, so it seemed trustworthy.
