I went in with a consultation appointment, but I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. I also had another hospital appointment after that, so my schedule got all tangled up. The consultation manager was kind, but professionally she was very inexperienced. There was no talk of aftercare or swelling laser treatment or anything like that. She only told me the price and the schedule. It didn’t feel like a consultation at all. She felt very different from the consultation managers at other hospitals. It’s a one-doctor clinic, but there were a lot of customers and a lot of waiting. When I asked, I was told they do surgeries, and in between those there are filler procedures and consultations too. They do surgeries for up to 5-6 people a day, and apparently they also have quite a few foreign patients. It felt chaotic, which I didn’t like, and the fact that they didn’t keep the appointment time at all was a big negative.
