I was going around with my mom, and this was the last hospital, so I was already pretty tired, but I liked that the staff were generally kind. The consultation was manager -> director, and with the manager I just had a brief talk about what style I wanted and what surgery I was considering. When I consulted with the director, he carefully checked my eye condition and the line. He said every line was possible and that my skin had enough room, so they could match whatever line I wanted. He drew it out and showed me the surgical method for each line, and also showed me photos of how it would change after surgery. My mom asked more questions than I did, but he still answered everything in detail. If my mom didn't understand, he explained it again, and I didn't feel like it was a factory-style place. After the consultation, the manager said I could go look around more, but I was satisfied by my own standards, so I made a same-day reservation. They said that if I booked on the same day, they'd include an anti-swelling IV service during the surgery, and I wasn't even expecting it, so getting it made me feel good.
