A friend had it done here and it turned out beautifully, so I booked an appointment and went in for a consultation. I had had double eyelid surgery, eye correction, and epicanthoplasty before, but after about 5 years it loosened, one eye looked asymmetrical, and I started having to use my forehead muscles to open my eyes, which stressed me out a lot. When I told the director about these complaints, they drew pictures and explained in detail what had gone wrong with the previous surgery, and they empathized a lot with me. They also explained the surgical method in detail, and for the reoperation they said that because I have quite a bit of fat in my upper eyelids, removing a little would make it less likely to loosen again. Compared with other hospitals, they empathized more with how I felt and explained everything one by one, which I liked.
