I waited for an hour and 20 minutes and had a 20-minute consultation. Maybe because there were so many staff, it was really chaotic and confusing. Then the doctor came and said things like he didn't want to come into the consultation, that he was just going to show his face and leave, and so on. I didn't even develop any expectations for the surgery.
