You can go just based on the doctor's skill.. First of all, I think the skill is top-tier, but because the doctor is older, it seems you should go in with your own design already decided. Then I think the surgery will be done well to match that. And I felt like this is a clinic that does not play games with patients, so you probably don't need to worry about ghost doctors or shadow doctors. They do the surgery under local anesthesia and keep talking the whole time, about the design, what it looks like now, and even while my eyes were closed I could just feel how excellent the hand technique was. I personally value naturalness to the extreme, so I didn't shave down the hump, and when they suggested an implant or donor dermis, I didn't add them.. I also didn't do filler.. haha Sometimes I wonder if it would have been prettier with those, but I'm satisfied now too. It looks completely natural and no one would know if I went to another plastic surgery clinic. On top of that, another clinic's manager even complimented my nose as pretty lol It improved naturally haha Strongly recommended if you want a natural improvement..
