The consultation manager was fine, and there was a staff member who was extremely kind. I went a total of four times from August 2019 to September 2020, but on the fourth visit the female doctor in charge had changed. The person who used to be there was really great Maybe because of that, the effect of the procedure was minimal at the end, and the reason to keep coming back disappeared, so I switched to InMode and am looking for another clinic.
