I remember the clinic being chaotic overall. I had a consultation with the manager and then with the doctor, and the doctor came over in a hurry while doing surgery to explain things. It was good that they explained things in detail and kindly, but because there was pressure from having to speak quickly and move seats right away, I had more things I wanted to ask but could not. After the consultation, I debated whether to add Megaderm, and they said if I paid the deposit that day and went, they would honor the amount quoted during consultation, so I paid first. Before the surgery, we had never properly discussed what kind of anesthesia I would get, and I had not received any contact, so I reached out the day before or the day before that to discuss it properly and decided to proceed with local anesthesia. Also at that time they did not separately ask about Megaderm, so I thought they were going to do the cartilage tying and Megaderm addition that had been mentioned in consultation. But while I was lying on the operating table, I heard the nurses talking and saying it would not be included, so before surgery I spoke with the doctor again and decided to proceed at a higher price than the consultation quote. The parts where communication did not go well were bad, but I am fairly satisfied with the doctor's surgery.
