I had a mild hump, and I wanted only tip surgery, so I got an explanation from the chief director. The director seemed to have a lot of experience, and I asked many questions, and she drew on a diagram of the nose and explained various things kindly. She checked asymmetry by palpation and told me realistically what was possible. The consultation atmosphere was good. The only thing that bothered me was that they said they would use only Megaderm.
