I went 20 minutes earlier than my appointment time and ended up waiting over an hour. There were a lot of people in the clinic, and it looked busy. Even after talking with the consultation manager, I had to wait a long time for the doctor. They said the doctor was in surgery. I had about a 2-minute consultation with the doctor, like he was a rapper. He talked insanely fast, and at the end he said sorry and left, saying he was too busy. After the doctor left, it took a long time again to get the quote, about another 20 minutes. The appointment time meant nothing at all. After the consultation ended and I left the clinic, it took a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes.
