This was the first place I went to right when I started going around for consultations. First, the director was very kind, and when I said I had written my questions down while looking at the list, he smiled and said I could ask anything. At that moment, my sense of closeness and trust really went up. The consultation manager also didn't feel like someone trying to sell one more thing; he just gave me the facts accurately. And when he said I didn't have to come to their hospital, but that I should avoid hospitals that talk about autologous rib cartilage or donated rib cartilage for a first surgery, my trust level went up again. But I don't really know what to expect from the surgery. I think they will do it safely, but that's about it. I don't know whether I can get the shape I want aesthetically. And I was disappointed because I couldn't properly hear the explanation about my nose.
