I went for a consultation for a bulbous nose, my third surgery. At other hospitals, I had consultations without a CT scan, but here they took a CT scan and predicted the amount of septal cartilage and the degree of nasal deviation. They said that if I had osteotomy and then a re-osteotomy, it would be effective. They examined my nose by touch and explained the problems and directions for improvement very well.
