I went for a consultation on a weekday, and the surgeon was kind and analyzed things together with a CT scan, so I felt reassured. The cost was also less burdensome than I had expected, so I am still thinking about it. Even the review photos are the kind of nose shape I consider ideal, so I have kept it in mind.
