The staff manager was very kind during the consultation, but after the surgery, when I requested aftercare because the tip of my nose was showing through, she seemed annoyed and kept saying it was fine and asking why I was repeating myself. It was not just the cartilage showing through; after the surgery my nostrils were very asymmetrical, but they said that was just how my original features were and there was nothing they could do. I understand that they knew about that part, but their response and attitude were hurtful. They are good at making a nose look simply high and slim, but they do not do detailed nostril, asymmetry, or nostril-shape surgery. After surgery at this hospital, my nasal obstruction was so severe that I had to get revision surgery because the implant at the tip was showing, but it showed again and I even had a second revision. Even then it did not improve, and after three aftercare visits at the same hospital I felt there was no answer, so I stopped going. Anyone could see the cartilage was showing and my nose was red, but they just said it was because of the mask, told me to use a duckbill-style mask, or said that I just look that way naturally. When I went to other hospitals for consultations after the surgery, every single one said my nose looked sliced, artificial, or like a chalk nose. They also told me the surgery had been done wrong, the silicone had been inserted crookedly, and the tip and nostrils had also been made to lean to the left.
