I consulted about a dorsal hump nose and a bulbous nose, and without even a CT they said I would need a high implant and that they would use donated rib cartilage .. I only met the director briefly!! The facilities were good and the lines in the review photos are pretty, but since this is my first surgery, I am also concerned about them using donated rib cartilage, and they said it would be better not to use the implant at another hospital, so I am thinking about the surgery! It seems like they definitely prefer a more glamorous nose line.
