I had a consultation with a similar photo because I had the nose shape I wanted in mind. It was a glamorous nose line, and they carefully looked at whether this design would suit my face and what kind of way they should shape my nose so the overall balance would not be thrown off while still looking pretty. I liked that when they looked at the design, they also considered the eye-nose-mouth proportions and even my face shape together.
