I got a confirmation call the day before. The person in charge had made a small mistake with the reservation, so it was changed again. On the day itself, while I was on the way there, they said the surgery had run long and the consultation was not possible. Thanks to that, I was excluded from the list. If I had been coming from outside the capital area, I really would have been furious.... Please keep this in mind.
