I was looking up nose surgery reviews here because the line was pretty when this place first started getting attention. I had already made a consultation reservation, but after the manager's consultation I had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. The reason was that surgery was running long, and I felt a mix of trust because they didn't leave in the middle of it, and frustration because I was the only patient but still had to wait over an hour and a half just for consultation. The manager was very kind, but they asked for a discount if I booked that day. During the consultation, they only showed the records of patients whose results turned out well, which gave me zero trust..; Back when they were really popular, I thought I absolutely had to do it here, but after seeing recent reviews, they make it look way too obvious, and since I want something natural, I pass
