I went for a consultation after reading a blog post written by the surgeon. On the surgeon's blog, it was written that sagging cheeks would be prevented 100 percent, and the emphasis on a 1:1:1 ratio made me think he had an aesthetic sense, so I went for a consultation, and he really does give a very thorough consultation.
