It seems like they contour the cheekbones much better than other places. The before-and-after photos show a substantial effect. Whether it will sag later is the real issue, but they definitely seem to reduce the cheekbones well. Still, I've heard it hurts a lot after surgery, so that part seems scary. If I were to have surgery, I'd probably do it here.
