I went because they said the consultation was detailed, but it didn't feel like that at all. There was no analysis of the problems with my face. It just felt like they were repeating their own opinion and trying to persuade me. It feels like they give a long explanation for one short conclusion: "Do this surgical method." When I asked about concerns over side effects, they did not answer. For such questions, they evaded answering with emotional appeals rather than logical answers based on medical knowledge. If I asked about the opinion of a specialist whose view differed from theirs, they would either attack that specialist's character or say things like I should get surgery from that specialist. It seems like they were missing the point of the question. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory consultation.
