I've been to several hospitals and the manager here is top-tier. Really kind and respects opinions well. But the director, not the head one, brought someone along and spoke in a ridiculously rude way. I held back from saying something harsh^^ That's why the rating is like this. He explains things as if he were angry at the patient and has the mindset that his hospital is unquestionably the best in Korea lol
