First, I felt the consultation was more professional because they took photos before the consultation and then used the photos while talking. When the manager consulted with me, she pointed out exactly the things that had always bothered me, so I felt drawn in. But when I consulted with the director, he said almost all of the surgeries I wanted were not possible, so I just had the consultation. The staff are very kind.
