I spent about 2 hours total with the manager consultation and then the doctor consultation. It was long enough that I got tired in the middle... But I guess that is a plus? It seemed like they explained things well and tried to reflect the individual requests as much as possible. They carefully looked at the area I wanted surgery on, touching it here and there, pressing on it, and even putting something in place to check it thoroughly.
