First of all, they are kind. That's it. The style also wasn't my style, and the manager was really haha. At first they quoted a ridiculously high price, and when I said I was going to leave, it suddenly dropped like bargaining in a Southeast Asian market. Anyway, the style didn't match, so I ended up getting it done somewhere else.
