From the moment I booked the consultation by phone, they were unbelievably kind and it really moved me... They seemed to try to keep customer waiting times to a minimum by not overbooking the schedule tightly. The manager was also kind and explained things calmly and well. The director gave the most detailed consultation of any hospital I had been to so far. They even drew diagrams and gave a virtual explanation of how much improvement I could expect, and I was surprised by how well they drew, really like my own face! Although I did not end up having surgery for various reasons, this hospital left a very good impression.
