First, the consultation coordinator seemed to lack professional knowledge. Second, they said the schedule ahead was delayed and made me wait a long time, or suggested I consult with another surgeon instead. Third, the doctor seemed to lack confidence. Of course I know there are things that can't be predicted, but I couldn't feel any trust that I could leave it in their hands.
