As many people probably felt, the consultation itself was very good, but the manager was a little unpleasant. I received the consultation a while ago, and when I saw that same manager at another hospital, she treated me very coldly. Was it because I had contacted them a few times about the deposit back then? Their service mindset is very lacking. They are very different after the deposit is paid compared to before.
