First of all, the manager's attitude during the consultation was unpleasant. I went because they said consultations were available, and since it was late, maybe it was because of quitting time, but the manager's tone during the consultation was dismissive and it upset me. I consulted with Dr. Park, and he explained the surgical method and the surgical area well, but I hesitated a bit because it felt like the opening date and career history were somewhat less than other hospitals. Even if I end up having surgery, I would like to go through a different manager.
