I heard that the staff were unfriendly, but when I went, they were kind (maybe because it was around opening time). I had a consultation with Director Kim, and while he was not extremely kind or anything, I think I understood it when he said he was intentionally being a little cold to treat me objectively. The line was what I liked most. I also liked that they did not overdo the canthoplasty. The manager was kind too~ (maybe because I said it was my first time, they did not mention the deposit at all).
