I went for consultations at other hospitals for eyes plus nose, but this was my first consultation for eyes only. Maybe because the other hospitals were so kind, but this one felt very businesslike. I don't know if it was because it was peak season, but the wait was so long that I was taken aback, , It had that factory-like feel, and everyone seemed really busy. The consultation was short, but they were clear about what was possible and what wasn't.
