I was late, so the wait time ended up being about 1 hour, and there were a ton of people. The director was kind and, although the consultation was only about 5 minutes, he gave a very professional diagnosis. But I came alone, and I felt looked down on by the manager, so I don't think I'll ever get surgery here. Usually the manager asks if you have any more questions, but while I was looking for my phone to check what questions I wanted to ask, he asked whether I'd been to other clinics before. When I said I'd been to a few, he just ended the consultation by saying I could go out to the lobby alone. Since I went by myself, it felt dismissive and I was really upset. It was also the first time I'd ever had such a short consultation with a manager, and the first time someone ended the consultation before I even had my questions ready. He was a male manager, and no matter how busy he was, I really couldn't understand it lol. I started to trust the clinic after seeing the director, but because of the manager I don't even want to consider it. And it really gives off a factory-style hospital vibe.
