I went in for my first nose surgery with no information, just looking at photos on an app, and I ended up hearing about a chin surgery I had never even heard of before, and got completely worn out by even having the bone cut.. In the end, my nose is now showing early signs of contracture, so I'm looking into revision surgery. Everyone's case is different, but for me, the whole time was so horrifying it felt like hell. My face got longer, my nose got shorter, and my nostrils were all pulled up (they were already a little upturned), so it wasn't improvement at all, it was just really .. sigh. Anyway, be careful with clinics that use Medpor. Personally, I don't think it suited me at all.
