Even though it was peak season and I knew they were busy, there were over 30 people waiting including guardians, and even though I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and had all the necessary scans done in advance, I ended up waiting more than an hour past my appointment time, and the consultation with the director lasted less than 5 minutes, which was so disappointing. The consultation goes in the order of manager-director-manager. During the first consultation with the manager, we stood at the counter while all 30 people were watching, and they asked what surgery I would do, so it turned into deciding whether I should do it or not right there. And the manager strongly pushed the deposit. I had high expectations after watching YouTube, but they accepted more appointments than they could handle within the time, made me wait more than an hour, gave me less than 5 minutes with the director, and strongly pressured me to pay a deposit that day, so among the clinics I consulted, this was the biggest disappointment.
