I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery. The consultation manager was kind and nice, but the people doing the CT or whatever that was, and the others, felt a little unfriendly... And normally, when you consult for double eyelids, they look in the mirror together and set the line, but here they did not show me how they were setting the line; only the doctor talked while setting it. The consultation manager also repeated themselves a bit, so I got confused about what I should do. The manager's consultation was much longer than the doctor's. And I do not know if all clinics are like this, but they said, "If you book on the same day, you get a discount. If you cannot decide today, just pay the deposit and it counts as a same-day reservation." That made it feel a bit like they were pressuring me to leave a deposit. Luckily, they said the full deposit would be refunded.
