I had facial contouring surgery here 3 years ago. At the time, I decided it looked okay after watching a YouTuber [Doctor A] post a facial contouring review. First of all, they were really unfriendly.. The doctor had this attitude of, "I'm busy, so just tell me the essentials," and I was extremely flustered. It was completely different from how he looked on YouTube, and my mom, who came with me, was also upset.. The surgery somehow got done, but the aftercare was done very roughly. For example, if they were supposed to do 1 hour, they would do 40 minutes.. I got annoyed, wrote about it in the platform review I had booked through, and gave it a rating in the 3-star range, and then I got bombarded with calls the next day (I woke up to more than 10 missed calls). I agreed to add one more care session, then deleted the review. Now, 3 years after surgery, I am roughly satisfied with my face.. not dramatic, but still! And the YouTuber I had watched deleted their review video, and after that, posts started appearing on multiple communities about facial sagging... For the first 1-2 years, I was also uneasy because my side profile looked strange, whether from swelling or sagging, but then that YouTuber's posts kept showing up in a bad light and they themselves never uploaded their side profile in videos, so I was worried for a long time.. It's just a place that leaves a bad feeling.
