The manager was kind, but the explanation of the contouring surgery and the surgical process was lacking. Even after a CT scan, the conversation felt driven less by the patient's face itself and more by the doctor's personal, subjective aesthetic sense. It seemed like they did not really consider the patient's own side effects or proportions after surgery. It just gave a very assembly-line hospital feeling.
