There were a huge number of people waiting. The staff at the front desk was a bit unfriendly, so I did not feel very good. The consultation manager was kind, and when I spoke with the director, things felt a bit hectic, but the director seemed very busy, so I felt rushed too, as if I should hurry up and get it over with.
