Overall, the consultation felt unprofessional and half-hearted... Surgery isn't something to do casually; it needs an honest consultation and expert skill, but maybe because he makes too many YouTube videos, the director always pushed a light, carefree persona.. It wasn't funny and it didn't feel sincere, so I deleted this hospital from my list as soon as I left the consultation.
