I went with a friend. My friend was willing to have surgery, while I was half and half and still deciding. I saw the consultation manager basically ignore me and only try to sell to my friend, and that completely turned me off, so I did not leave a deposit. When I had the consultation with the director, they told me that the line I wanted would not suit my eyes and that if a clinic did that for me, I should absolutely not do it. That gave me trust, but for the reasons above I only had the consultation and left.
