Since it was peak season, there were a lot of people at the clinic so the wait was a bit long, and the director looked a little tired. It didn't feel especially friendly, and the way they worked was to briefly and clearly explain the surgery direction and ask if I had any questions. Still, I could feel a sort of expert aura.
